Too Slow download from your FTP

Hi,

Thanx for the reply dear, but in paksitan I have checked with my collegues as well, we are getting very slow download speed from your website, for instance it use to take about 4 hrs to download a single recorded lecture of about 30 mb. whereas, Yesterday i have downloaded Abaqus 6.8 SE 1.2 GB in just 3 1/2 hrs. Please do check it as on the very first day it was ok but 23rd september onward it is pretty slow. I have checked it round the clock to avoid day trafic (alot of user to access the server in day time) but still not ok. Please help me out

Hello,
We have checked the downloads from our forum site and the speed is very good. We do not use ftp line as the number of accounts allowed is limited.
Since you are having a speed based problem downloading the files from our regular server, we can make a special arrangement for opening a ftp account for you.
We will let you know about the access to it once the ftp line is up and active for you to access.
